Documentary Film | This is ALL usable footage from your day in chronilogical order, with all of the original audio so you can watch the entire wedding back in full as it happened, including your full ceremony and speeches.
This is the ideal keepsake to pass down or to revisit down the line.
Highlight Feature Film | Beautifully edited to carefully selected music intertwined with audio from your day, these films are to show off the best of your date.
These are ideal for sharing with your family and friends.
Social Media Teaser | A short teaser for your wedding delivered in both portrait and landscape to cover all grounds of social media. This is typically delivered within 48 hours of your wedding and is the perfect starter before you main course (your final wedding film).
I always aim to get your wedding videos delivered as soon as possible but quote a maximum turnaround time of 16 weeks. Delivery times will depend on the time of year and how busy the season is.
Due to copyright laws I’m afraid not. However, I do license the music I use in my videos from a selection of websites I am subscribed to.
Typically I will ask for songs that you feel reflect you as a couple and will use this as a guide in choosing music. If you’re not convinced that using copyrighted tracks is not okay.. check here.
11 Hours Coverage – On a typical wedding day, this would cover both preperations in the morning right through until an hour after the first dance.
10 Hours Coverage – On a typical wedding day, this would cover bridal preperations in the morning right through until the end of the first dance.
6 Hours Coverage – On a typical wedding day, this would cover bridal preperations in the morning right through until the end of speeches.
VIDEO GUESTBOOK
In between the end of dinner and dancing I will capture as many video messages as I can then more after the first few dances. Guests can take turns to deliver beauitful (or hilarious) messages for you to keep.
All the messages will be edited into a compilation and delivered to you as a separate file. It’s so worth it.
Content Creation Add-On
The Content Creation add-on compliments your wedding film by offering the social content you can share on your socials within 48hrs of your wedding day.
Captured on our high end camera and audio equipment, you will recieve your standard wedding teaser with an additional high quality edited Instagram Reel/TikTok videos along with a selection of vertical videos from your day ready to share on social media in vertical format.
You will also receive a selection of candid only photos (provided this is cleared with your wedding photographer).
ADDITIONAL COVERAGE
Whether it’s singing waiters or a power hour this option allows you to have more footage captured and delivered.
I will typically offer a discount if you’d like me there all the way to Loch Lomond.
DELIVERED ON A USB DRIVE IN A PRESENTATION BOX
I deliver all wedding films online but do give those the option to purchase a personalised wooden USB drive and box to have their film delivered on.
The reason this is not standard anymore is so everyone could have the option to buy their own (which could be cheaper) and therefore I was able to lower my price.
Although this is a service I offer myself, if you plan on having a separate wedding content creator along with your photo and video team, then let’s set up a meeting to discuss this beforehand.
On our call we can talk about the pro’s and con’s, as well as way to ensure that if you do hire a content creator it doesn’t mean sacrificing the quality of your professional wedding photos or video.
As there is no industry standard (yet) for content creators and due to some previous issues with some content creators (including the loss of usable footage) it’s something we need to discuss on a case-by-case basis, as this may hinder my ability to deliver the best possible product for you and your wedding.
Typically we arrive to bridal prep 2.5 hours before the ceremony. We will usually scope out the area and prepare the ceremony camera setup and complete drone shots before heading to capture preperations.
If the wedding is less than 2 hours drive from Aberdeen I typically would not charge travel or accomodation expenses.
If the wedding outwith a 2 hour drive then travel and accomodation will be discussed before booking to ensure you are happy with the addtional cost. Where possible the most viable and affordable solution will be taken.
Although it is not in my contract, nor are you obliged to provide me with food or drink, I am always grateful when couples do.
